Our family had a good time at the hotel with nice amenities, but there were some issues with finding the place and limited dining options on-site. The room was spacious and clean, and the kids loved the water park, though it lacked full service and was only open on weekends. Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful family getaway with a fantastic waterpark and plenty to do after a day on the slopes. The large room with two queen beds and a pullout couch was perfect for our kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and the dining options were delicious. However, we did encounter some cleanliness issues during our stay that dampened our experience, particularly in the pool area.
